MB Summer Camp: how to enroll

Join MB International Summer Camp is easy! Just fill out the registration form below, fill it out with contact information of the participant, the dates they want to attend the Summer camp, which program (Junior or Young Adults) and which language they want to study (English or Italian).

Choose the Sport activity that suits you more! Mark the option Tennis Pro or MB Sport Academy (in this case, indicate the sport you want to attend between Swimming, Five-a-side football, Basketball, Volleyball, Beach-volley).

Fill out the transfer part, indicating if students are arriving at the camp by themselves or if they need the pick-up service from the Airport or from Latisana Train Station.

In order to enroll, send to incoming@mbscambi.com the enrolment form and the enrolment fee of €110. Book a place at our Summer Camp in advance! Enroll now!

Martina, quando hai partecipato al nostro Summer Camp a Lignano Sabbiadoro?

Ho partecipato a luglio 2015, avevo appena compiuto 15 anni. Inizialmente avevo deciso di fermarmi solo una settimana, perché era la prima volta che facevo questa esperienza e volevo intanto farmi un’idea, ma poi durante la permanenza a Lignano, ho chiesto di poter prolungare il mio soggiorno di un’altra settimana.

Cosa ti ha spinto a fare questa esperienza?

Era da tempo che desideravo fare un’esperienza del genere; frequentando il liceo linguistico, volevo migliorare il mio livello di lingua. Mio papà ha trovato in Internet il vostro programma di Summer Camp a Lignano Sabbiadoro e quando me l’ha proposto, l’idea mi è piaciuta subito.

Raccontaci la tua giornata tipo al Summer Camp

Ci si alzava intorno alle 7-7.30 e si faceva colazione fino alle 8. Verso le 8.30 iniziavano le lezioni: due momenti da due ore ciascuno, con due insegnanti madrelingua diversi, e una pausa per la merenda. Alle 12.30 si pranzava tutti insieme e fino alle 15,30-16, nelle ore più calde, ci dedicavamo a varie attività all’interno (giochi da tavolo, ping-pong, disegni). Si andava poi tutti in spiaggia fino alle 18,30 circa. Dopo cena, guardavamo un film o facevamo una passeggiata o stavamo in compagnia a chiacchierare. Il coprifuoco variava a seconda dell’età, il mio era alle 23!

Cosa ti è piaciuto di più del Summer Camp?

Incontrare ragazzi della mia età di altre nazionalità e culture e parlare in lingua. Gli insegnanti e tutti i responsabili erano persone gentilissime e simpaticissime, disponibili e cordiali. Ho apprezzato tutte le attività, le lezioni, i giochi e soprattutto le risate, perché oltre ad essere stata un’esperienza formativa ed utile per l’apprendimento, è stata davvero una grande avventura, nel suo piccolo, che sicuramente mi piacerebbe rifare.

Perché consiglieresti ad un amico di partecipare al Summer Camp?

Per tanti motivi. E’ stata un’esperienza utile per la mia crescita personale perché mi ha fatto affrontare la mia insicurezza e timidezza. Ho imparato molto e ho conosciuto dei ragazzi con cui sono ancora in contatto e che sono diventati dei veri amici. Questo Camp è adatto a tutti e ti offre un ricco programma di attività e opportunità!

MB Summer Camp: an All-Inclusive international vacation!

Dates

The MB International Summer Camp for Children and Teenagers takes place on June and July see dates on main Dates Summer Camp:

The most popular length of stay is 2 weeks, although you can stay for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 4 weeks.

The dates listed above are those that we recommend for a 2 week stay. Arrivals are possible on any Sunday within these dates.

Students nationalities

MB Summer Camp is an international camp which hosts students from different nationalities, such as: Italy, Northern Europe, Russia, America and Asia.

Security and Staff

Staff MB Summer Camp

We make every effort to ensure that we satisfy the concerns of parents regarding the personal safety and supervision of their children:

The 60 hectares of private premises are fully enclosed and patrolled by professional security 24 hours a day
MB staff provide 24 hour supervision (staff/student ratio of 1:10)
There is 24 hour healthcare on site
Lifeguards are on duty at all pools and on the beach
Medical insurance is included in the price for Italian Residents. For the others available at an extra cost.

Prices and conditions

The prices include:

Italian or English language course (20 lessons per week)
All course material
A written oral placement test
An end of course certificate
1 sports activity per day, such as football, basketball, volleyball
One full day excursion and an hal-day one per week
Residential accommodation in rooms for 3 to 5
Full board: breakfast, lunch, dinner
24 hour medical assistance (Doctors & Nurses reside in the village)
Healthcare and medical insurance
Full time supervision and assistance from MB staff (reside in the village)
Tennis Pro (8 hours per week) or MB Sport Academy (8 hours per week for Basketball, Volleyball, Beach-volley, Tennis, Five-a-side-football 10 hours per week of Swimming)

Sport activities, Excursions and outdoor activities

Choose your favourite sport!

These facilities include: a synthetic football field, 5-a-side-football field, 4 multipurpose courts for basketball and volleyball, a tennis court, 4 swimming pools, one with waterslides, an olimpyc-size swimming pool, a 1,2 Km stretch of supervised private beach, roller skating tracks, a miniature golf course.

MB Sports Academy

MB Scambi Culturali introduces MB Sports Academy, an International Summer Camp where your children can
study either Italian or English in the morning and practice their favorite sport during the rest of the day!

Volleyball, beach-volley, tennis, basketball, five-a-side-football and swimming: MB has developed this program, to give to your children the possibility to practice one of these 5 sports during the day with a professional coach and to take English or Italian lessons in the morning, with native speaker teachers.

Tennis Pro

The MB Tennis Pro camp is for players wishing to improve their tennis abillities. The trainer will help each player to concentrate on their weak points and improve their technique. The training sessions include instruction on the forehand, backhand, service, volley, and crosscourt shots, as well as spinning, positions and playing strategy.

Evening activities

Attività ricreative Summer Camp There are a lot of customized activities for Junior and Teenagers, such as modern dance and salsa, karaoke, cinema, disco (at the center), visit to Amusement Park in Lignano, evening in pizza houses in Lignano and much more.

While Junior and Teenagers join evening activites, Young Adults can go outside the Village with the written permission of their parents or they can join the Junior students.

Two excursions per week

Al Parco Avventura di Lignano Sabbiadoro

Every Thursday there is a full-day excursion to a place of cultural, environmental or recreational interest to make new discoveries, and experience new adventures. This helps to create novel and stimulating
learning opportunities to share with new friends. Here are a few examples of the places we visit:

Venice and the Doge’s palace, The Grotte del Gigante Caves, the historical towns of Grado and Aquileia, the glassblowing museum in Murano and Burano, a boat trip to Marano lagoon nature reserve.
